8 WEEK 1-1 NUTRITION & YOGA PROGRAMME

This option is excellent for clients who do not yet have a regular exercise regime, who are in sedentary jobs, or have specific physical ailments or injuries they are looking to rehabilitate…also just an excellent option for those who are curious and want to deepen the relationship with their body, mind, and spirit. This 8 week yoga course suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners.
Included:
8 weekly 1-1 yoga classes designed to meet your unique requirements (75 minute classes)
1 x 90 minute nutritional consultation (week 1)
3 x 45 minute follow up consultations (week 3, week 5, week 7)
Diet and Lifestyle Analysis
Full medical and personal history analysis
Bespoke Nutrition and Lifestyle Programme
Access to ongoing support in-between consultations - Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)
Supportive handouts and links to useful resources
Access to Functional testing (optional)
Full analysis of functional test results
Physiological tools such as breathwork and meditation (where necessary)
To get an accurate picture of your nutritional status and organ function before we start working together, it is recommended to request the following blood test from your GP:
A full blood count (FBC), including Vitamin D, B12, and Iron status, Full Thyroid (inc. Antibodies), Immune markers, Liver function, Serum Lipids, Renal Profile, and HbA1c test.
This is a blood test that GP's will offer on request. If you would rather do this privately, then I can arrange for a full blood test including all of these markers and more. This is not mandatory, but very helpful in providing a bespoke nutrition and lifestyle programme for you.
